Chris is an exceptional yoga practitioner of advanced skill level. He has been doing yoga since 2010 and has mastered some challenging poses. Vinyasa flow and tantric kundalini yoga are his specialty, which have brought him to new heights in his overall physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

Plant-Based Diet

Chris follows as plant-based diet free of processed foods, pesticides, GMOs, and unhealthy nutrients. He eats mostly organic, and adheres to the latest practices in the field of evidence-based nutrition research, to include intermittent fasting, limiting sugar (even excessive fruit), and getting a wide array of colorful fruits vegetables for their valuable polyphenolic compounds.

Meditation

Meditation and focused breath-work play an integral part in Chris’s daily routine, and offer an edge to his training and state of wellness. Meditation is basically focused attention, but has endocrine effects that go far beyond relieving stress and quieting the mind. Third-eye and kundalini centered meditation in particular have brought Chris to higher awareness in his state of being.
